The carriage of any pets, including cats, dogs, birds, etc., on Ryanair flights is not permitted.
Exception: guide dogs and assistance dogs on a limited number of routes. You can read about which dogs are considered service/assistance dogs and what the requirements are for transporting them here.
Even guide and assistance dogs may have certain requirements, such as wearing a muzzle, collar, being under the passenger seat, etc. It is also important that the animal is trained and can behave calmly during the flight.
