If you’ve already paid the pet fee and your pet is confirmed to travel, you can check in 24 hours before your flight online, on the JetBlue app or at an airport kiosk.

When you arrive at the airport, visit the full-service counter or speak with a JetBlue crewmember in the self-service lobby for your JetPaws® bag tag to attach to your pet’s carrier.

Pet Documentation Requirements

Pet vaccinations, documentation, and entry requirements vary for each destination, so be sure to check the requirements for each destination on your itinerary ahead of time.

Vaccination requirements

According to the requirements of the CDC upon entry into the United States

Number of pets per passenger – 1

Number of pets on board – 4

In-Cabin Policy – Only cats and dogs

Permissible weight in the cabin – Maximum weight: 9 kg including carrier.

Сost of transportation in the cabin – $125

Cargo Policy – JetBlue does not offer this service.

Approved pet carrier sizes – The dimensions of the carriers must not exceed 17″ L x 12.5″ W x 8.5″ H (43.18 cm L x 31.75 cm W x 21.59 cm H).
Pet carriers can be purchased at the airport ticket counter for $55:
JetPaws Small Pet Carrier – 16″ L x 8.5″ H x 10″ W (1 pc).
